Job Description
- Design and planning experience in environments with 5,000+ users.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD.
- DNS/DHCP Design.
- Group Policy Design.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor Degree or similar related work experience.
- 5-10 years hands on experience in above mentioned role.
- Experience in Scripting language, especially PowerShell.
- Expert on Windows in an enterprise environment.
- Good knowledge of security (antivirus, antimalware, patching, encryption, etc...).
- Good general computer culture (network, Servers, Active Directory).
- Comfortable with workflow automation, web services.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience with documenting current and proposed on premise and cloud environments including Visio Diagrams, As-Built documents, Recommendations for solutions and run books.
- Experience with AD security and best practices.
- Designing, Planning, Migrating and Implementing MS Exchange, such as: 10+ years of experience with Exchange and Office 365 migration and support.
- Experience with Virtualization, Storage, Compute, Cloud (AZURE), Network, Backups and Automation/Scripting (PowerShell).
- Best practices tied to security, performance, hardware, networking, scripting, and backup and recovery.
- Active Directory hands on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain/multi-forest environment is required.
- Strong experience with IP Address Management solutions (e.g. Microsoft, InfoBlox) and the associated challenges regarding interface/links to similar external infrastructure (e.g. zone transfers, forwarding).
- Strong experience with AD enterprise certificate services, rights management server, AD federation services and identity manager.
- Experience with Active Directory consolidation/migration.
- Experience running Active Directory health checks.
- MCSE, Server Infrastructure; MCM or MCA in Directory Services preferred.
- Solid experience with designing Exchange Online.
- Numerous, successful, Office 365 Email migration projects (ideally including experience with enterprises with more than 10,000 mailboxes).
- Strong consulting and customer engagement skills.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and Active Directory (deployment migration and administration).
- Strong Active Directory and LDAP expertise.
- Understanding of email systems, DNS, and internet networking concepts.
- Knowledge of Proofpoint or similar ATP.
- Knowledge around Skype for Business MS Teams integration and direct routing.
