Job Description

Ensure that customer service team has excellent communication, problem solving, and professional email/call etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
  • Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization.
  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Provide supervision and technical assistance to customer service team to attain departmental and organizational goals.
  • Determine work procedures, work schedules, and workflow for customer service staff.
  • Ensure that the customer inquiries are handled and answered in a timely and accurate matter.
  • Develop standard procedures and policies for improving the service provided to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • 7 - 9 years of experience in customer service field, 3 of them in a supervisory role.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Telesales background is a must.
