Job Description

  • Manage, Lead & follow up all the administration activities in the organization (fleet management - maintenance - IT -security - etc.)
  • Responsible for all of the administrative relations with the governmental sectors.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Documents all construction activities and evaluate the progress of all projects and monitor all ad hoc requests and participate in various construction progress meetings and maintain records for all construction procedures.
  • Monitor all contractor drawings at various intervals and maintain records of all installation and evaluate all applications for payment got contractors and recommend changes if required and supervise efficient working of all employees and ensure compliance to all instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety requirements and monitor all projects from conceptualization to implementation and prepare reports for the same and evaluate the punch list for all projects closeout.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Fluent in using the English Language whether written or Spoken.
  • Excellent user of all related computer programs and Reports.  
  • Related Experience in the same field from 15-20 years & preferred to be with construction or Export background.
  • Experience in management or financial reporting is a must.
  • Exceptional leadership and time management skills, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, operation, and Facility Management procedures.
