Job Description

  • Responsible for recruiting Blue Collar, screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent command of the English language

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must have 1 years of experience in Hiring Blue Collars (Specially Sales Representative)
  • English level very good
  • Max Age : 30 years
