Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting Blue Collar, screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process
- Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent command of the English language
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Must have 1 years of experience in Hiring Blue Collars (Specially Sales Representative)
