Job Description

  • Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources 
  • Interview job applicant; review applications and CVs; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. 
  • Responsible for arranging interviews with the candidates and the managers. 
  • Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD in addition to updating the Job Descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.
  • Assist in the Training & Development process of the 

 

Job Requirements

  • With previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, Labor Law knowledge.
  • Worked on ERP System , HITS is preferable.
  • Bachelor degree from a well known university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR , serving blue and white collars.
  • Quick learner and people oriented.
  • Excellent in English and in MS office (Excel, Visio, and Power Point).
