About the Job
You are expected to:
- Prepare job analysis, description and Specification.
- Handle recruitment processes.
- Handle personnel files, keep record and updated reports,
- Establish performance measure KPIs
- Prepare and follow up employment contracts, renew it & sign them by the employees& advice line managers with due dates of probation period. (According to Egyptian labor law).
- Handle medical/social insurance issues.
- Monitor and review employees’ attendance/absence and apply HR policy for late arrival and absence.
- Responsible for doing the monthly payroll and all its related issues.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
- A Diploma in Human resources is considered an asset
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Good collaboration and team skills
