Job Description

About the Job

You are expected to:

  • Prepare job analysis, description and Specification.
  • Handle recruitment processes.
  • Handle personnel files, keep record and updated reports,
  • Establish performance measure KPIs
  • Prepare and follow up employment contracts, renew it & sign them by the employees& advice line managers with due dates of probation period. (According to Egyptian labor law).
  • Handle medical/social insurance issues.
  • Monitor and review employees’ attendance/absence and apply HR policy for late arrival and absence.
  • Responsible for doing the monthly payroll and all its related issues.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
  • A Diploma in Human resources is considered an asset
  • Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
  • Good verbal & written communication skills 
  • Good organization skills
  • Good collaboration and team skills
