- You will work from Egypt and will deal with customers from Kuwait.
- You will work in the Call Center Department that supports the operation of food retail (e-commerce ).
- You will serve high-profile company customers who use mobile applications to place orders.
- You will receive customer calls and solve customer problems with passion.
Job Requirements
- 6 months to one year experience of Call Center (Customer Service Accounts) is a must
- Experience in E-commerce field such as (Talabat - Elmenus - Mrsool - Glovo) is highly preferred
- Graduated from high school, college or university
- Good command of the English language
- Males only
- Age below 30 years
- Determined military service
- Excellent communication skills
- Awareness of Gulf Culture is highly preferred
