Job Description

  • Promotions.
  • Create forms for Payroll and personnel to change employee data (salary, level, position, etc..).
  • Salary Adjustments.
  • Advice offering Level and salaries for all employees based on company .salary structure and policies.
  • Assist in annual rating.
  • Assist in budget preparation.
  • Assist in grading System & Salary Structure.
  • Assist in annual Salary Increase.
  • Profit Share Distribution.

Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience Up to 4 Years.
  • University Graduate.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Professional Communication skills .
  • Payroll & Compensation background is preferably.
