Job Description
- Promotions.
- Create forms for Payroll and personnel to change employee data (salary, level, position, etc..).
- Salary Adjustments.
- Advice offering Level and salaries for all employees based on company .salary structure and policies.
- Assist in annual rating.
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Assist in grading System & Salary Structure.
- Assist in annual Salary Increase.
- Profit Share Distribution.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience Up to 4 Years.
- University Graduate.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional Communication skills .
- Payroll & Compensation background is preferably.
