Job Description
- Managing the activities of a specific B2B authorized agent/s to achieve sales, base growth & revenue targets and increase Orange Market share in the SME & SOHO segment.
- Manage and handle with care all of his/her customer's complaints in addition to pre and after-sales services, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Act as focal point between the partner and all Orange departments
