Job Description
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication .
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Follow up with the customer care to meet the delivery date ,as per our service level agreement .
- Follow up with the customers to ensure the products delivery and quality , to ensure the customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- For Indiana freight forwarder require sales specialist 2 to 3 years experience
