- Preparing and follow Purchase Orders.
- Follow up with Stocks and reordering process.
- Finding New Suppliers.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitiveness and achieve/exceed margin targets.
- Ensure timely delivery as per the company buying plan.
- Ensure safe, correct, and formal invoices for all POs.
- Prepare to follow up Report for Orders and report them on monthly basis.
