Job Description
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
- Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made.
- Co-ordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, architecture major.
- Experience needed 4-6 years of accounting with managerial experience at the construction or real estate field.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Be inventive and imaginative
