Job Description
- Survey of material usage on site.
- Forecast meterial needs on aweekly/monthly basis.
- Supervise execution of finishes using and excellent eye for detail.
- Coordinate between site and technical office.
- Prepare weekly contractor reports based on work progress.
- Follow up on timelines for work progress and to ensure the schedules are strictly followed.
- Supervise all work trades; HVAC, FF, PL, EL. MECH, etc...
- Coordinate with clients and ensuring their full satisfaction considering all technical issues.
- Negotiate prices with potential contractors.
Job Requirements
Strictly required;
- PUNCTUAL. Ability to follow project plans is a must>
- Representative persona.
- Ability and willingness to be highly mobile (handling several sites at once)
- 5+ years of experience.
- High social and communications skills.
- Excellent eye for detail.
