Job Description
- Consultant or expert for all treasury topics for the region Germany and Eastern Europe in the global treasury team
- Establishment and further development of the Cash Management and Treasury division for the region Germany and Eastern Europe in close cooperation with the global Treasury team
- Further development and introduction of liquidity planning/cash flow forecasting for all countries in the region. Consolidation to a regional cash flow forecast
- Management and monitoring of the regional cash pool
- Development of active cash management in close coordination with customer and supplier managers, in particular optimization of receivables management and processing of dunning procedures in close cooperation with the global treasury team,
- Management of the factoring programmed
- Establishment and management of credit limits
- Close cooperation with the controlling and accounting department
- Contact for external banking partners for day-to-day business and insurance
- Support for currency and interest rate hedging; update of market information
- Cooperation in the further development and optimization of financing solutions
- Guarantee management
- Monitoring of payment fraud risk
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a relevant focus
- Professional experience in the treasury sector, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with global treasury management systems is an advantage
- Experience in the optimization of business processes
- Secure use of MS Office products, especially MS Excel
- Experience in dealing with SAP FI/CO is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and strong analytical skills
- Convincing appearance, assertiveness and very good communication and presentation skills (in German and English; French is an advantage)
