Job Description
- Assist Management and reservation department to handle mails and booking requested from agent and clients
- Contact well by phone and mails with clients or agents
- Finalize needed tasks from preparing packages
- We have some meeting outside office should be able to attend

- Fresh graduated
- Smart seller and active
- Knowledge about tourism and traveling
- Good in English
- Very good in MS OFFICE (Word & Excel & Power Point )
- Seriousness in work and full commitment to the rules of the company and time of attendance with the condition of continuity
- Able to attend events & meeting outside office in hotels or airport (not basic but we need it sometimes)
