Job Description
- Works with online merchants and stores to integrate their websites with Opay Egypt – Payment gateway platform.
- Support the integration activities and technical support for payment gateway business.
- Support the onboarding activities and configuration of PGW partners as well as business and risk approvals follow ups.
- Provides ongoing integration monitoring and technical support to merchants/partners.
- Ensures a high quality of service, troubleshooting merchants technical issues in real-time, in cooperation with their development teams.
- Responsible for technical and business communication with partners including banks and other financial institutions.
- Communicates merchant needs to the Opay Egypt product team, to improve people’s experiences with our products.
- Provides on-call support deliver impactful results and assistance, through data based root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science related field or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of operations experience (preferably in the Payments or FinTech company).
- Good technical understanding of online payment processing flows (Merchants, Acquirer Banks, Issuers bank)
- Basic understanding in one or more of the following language PHP, Python, , Objective-C/C++, Swift, Java, or C#
- Excellent analytical, deduction, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal presentation skills
