Job Description
We are hiring a unique leader to complete Stylish Eve Inc.'s success journey for it's well-known US trademarks "Rush Brush" and "Hapilin", and participate in the creation of new brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background, great managerial skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Lead Marketing Team to Marketing strategic objectives to achieve company's vision
Duties:
- Create and execute Marketing strategies according to company's strategic vision and objectives
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Responsible for TV campaigns
- Responsible for offline Marketing such as Billboards, flyers, etc.
- Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely and Achieve required sales target on quarterly and annual basis
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Be up-to-update with all new technologies and techniques
- Involve in the products’ pricing, and offers and discounts planning
- Lead, coach and guide employees regularly to help them achieving their KPI’s accordingly achieving department’s objectives and company’s strategic objectives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager is a must, in E-commerce field or Marketing Agencies
- MBA degree is highly preferable
- Experience in TV campaigns
- Experience in offline marketing
- Fluent English
- Very presentable
