Job Description
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer
- Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves,
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- استلام المشتريات من الموردين
- الفحص الجيد للمنتجات واستلامها جيدا
- تخزيين المنتجات بطريقة صحيحة فى اماكنها الصحيحة
- ترتيب المنتجات بطريقة صحيحة من حيث مدة صلاحيتها ومن حيث طريقة صرفها
- صرف المخزون القديم اولا ثم ترتب الكميات والإلتزام بتوقيت الصرف
- الإشراف اليومي على المخازن وضبطها من حيث المصروف والوارد
- يحافظ على ضوابط المخزون من خلال جمع أوامر موقع المخزون
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in same field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with excel tables
- خبرة لا تقل عن ٣ سنوات في نفس المجال
- يشترط معرفة كاملة ببرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
- الالمام بجداول الاكسيل و عمل ملفات المخازن على الاكسيل
