- You will be working with CEDRUS Digital which is a US-based company that currently looking to develop its presence in Egypt through Tuickly Technology. CEDRUS focuses on cutting edge technologies and provides consultancy, advisory and development services to its fortune 100 top US customers in areas such as AI, Cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM, Google), Robotic Automation, Business Process, IoT, Modern UI, Cloud Security and Identity Management. Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks where possible on Kubernetes Environment (AWS)
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide strong customer service skills with a focus client satisfaction
- Manage PoDs, Containers and Cluster maintenance to coordinate activities with application teams
- Follow best practices to adhere to enterprise architecture.
- Provide extensive knowledge of a subset the following technologies:
- Grafana/Prometheus
- InfluxDB
- Kafka
- Telegraf
- Metric Tank
- Collaborate with Knowledge Management teams to draft operational documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering and Problem Management teams to perform Root Cause Analysis
- Analyze alerts from various monitoring tools and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting
- Provide a high level of problem analysis and resolution skills
- Administer and maintain Hybrid Cloud solutions in production
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
