Job Description
- Daily Field Visits for Chain & Key pharmacies.
- Promote & Sell the assigned portfolio of products.
- Formulate and achieve profitable deals with the key pharmacies and other distribution channels (Distributors, Drug stores .. etc.)
- Develop trust relationships with major Pharmacy Chains to deliver significant value over time.
- Acquire a complete understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers & approach new customers.
- Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Follow up on products availability, coverage, stocks, display, flyers, movement, offers, expiry dates, marketability & visibility)
- Ensure Constant engagement & strong Relationship with our Key Pharmacies
- Handle All Inquiries & Complaints to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Achieve/exceed the set sales targets
- Provide daily Report & Feedback about our products, customers & competitors
- Other Tasks as assigned from the direct Manager
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- BS degree (An educational and professional equivalent mix will be considered)
- 3-5 years of related professional experience.
- Product launch experience and seeding is a solid asset.
- Experience in dealing with pharmacy chains is a must.
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- General computer and sales software operations.
