Responsibilities & Duties:-
- Filing monthly VAT returns in compliance with Regulation, ensure accuracy & completeness of accounting for VAT, ensure data collection, consolidation and payment of monthly VAT liability.
- Classify and record transactions under appropriate accounting heads and post journal entries to the General ledgers.
- Operate company bank Accounts, make payments to local & global vendors through online transfers & prepare the monthly bank reconciliation.
- Analyze Master Payroll to ensure each Allowances & deductions are properly calculated and posted to correct General ledgers.
- Prepare customer invoices, reconcile customer ledgers & notified customers regarding their outstanding balances.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Advanced ExcelC Skills for complicated Reconciliations.
- Analytical Thinking.
- The ability for financial decision making by challenging department heads through involving into decent arguments.
Requirements:
- Male / Female Candidate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- CMA Holder is a MUST
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not essential.
