Job Description
- Create along with Project Managers projects full plans.
- Responsible for updating time schedules, procurement and cash flow plans with other planning engineers in planning department.
- Create a weekly report according to plans for all projects.
- Create all projects weekly report templates.
- Read, analyze Project Managers weekly reports.
- Update projects sheet.
- Arrange kick off & progress meetings (with all parties, full plans & confirm with PM)
- Receive, confirm on delay claims & send confirmation email with required actions plan to all parties. (make sure PM & BU Manager confirms)
- Issue & follow up action plans for all meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a planning engineer in the Construction field
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Planning and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- A sound understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
