Job Description
- Contacting with prospective clients explain our services.
- Achieving marketing plane targets.(bonus for achieving target.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Adhering to telesales department’s KPIS standards
Job Requirements

- Candidate Must have At least 1 year of sales experience or Customer Service experience.
- Telesales/Call Center experience is a plus.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proficiency in using MS Office application
- Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel
- Academic qualification – Graduate education with good pass results
- Languages good Arabic and English language command
