Job Description

  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  • Archiving the merchants' contracts.
  • Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
  • Handle the merchants' complains through the ticketing system.
  • Monitoring the sales representatives deposits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as customer service or sales support.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Good command of English language
