- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Archiving the merchants' contracts.
- Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
- Handle the merchants' complains through the ticketing system.
- Monitoring the sales representatives deposits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as customer service or sales support.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Good command of English language
