Job Description
- Collect cost information and maintain the expenditure database.
- Building enterprise data accumulation systems
- Fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent, and insurance).
- Planning and recording variable costs (e.g., raw materials purchases and operations costs).
- Review of standard and actual costs of the enterprise.
- Preparation of budget reports (for the Foundation and for each section separately).
- Analysis and report on the profit margins of the Foundation
- Maintain the security of the information held within the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Must have Excellent Excel Skills (Like Vlookup, Pivot table, data analysis,...,...)
- Strong Numerical Skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.
- To obtain an export certificate as a cost accountant, a cost analyst or an accountant.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures.
- In-depth mastery of accounting principles .
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details.
- Can manage time and deal with different tasks
