Tax Accountant

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to

• In charge of Cost and Analysis.
• Analyzes job cost estimates versus actual. (ERP)
• Responsible for the inventory valuation and all system master files affecting gross margin. (ERP)
• Audit of inventory cycle count procedure, processes and accuracy.
• Analyzes the overall plant efficiency, effectiveness and utilization.
• Prepare monthly Sales and Gross Margin Reports by family and product line.
• Provide reports in coordination with the commercial officer (purchasing Function) showing impact of material consumed at replacement cost. A simulation indicating to management the effect of material and the bracket of measures to be taken in terms of pricing.
• Supervises the activities of the Accounts Payable and control over Days of Inventory (DIO).
• Check & approve the conformity of Foreign & Local orders as well as its cost rules.
• Maintain the Customs Duties file and follow up with the legal authority.
• Maintain all TAX files (CIT, VAT, Salaries ETC…)
• Update the Cost Vs. Standard file every quarter.
