Job Description

 We are looking for a Partnership and Contracting Executive to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador of mira’s and Elagk’s mission, brand, and products outdoors.
  • Identify potential partners in the target market (supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, stationaries, butchers, groceries) by conducting regular market research.
  • Develop relationships with prospective vendors, while maintaining strong relationships with the existing vendors and partners.
  • Initiate direct contact with new vendors and partners outdoors in order to widen the scope of vendors.
  • Track current vendors and partners’ daily performance and submission, and train new vendors on using mira partner application.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective contracts to analyze sales opportunities.
  • Report daily the vendors and partners visited or contracted with.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms, discounts and check their validity with prospective partners.
  • Provide excellent support and follow-up to build strong relationships with partners to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Daily report on the applications operation cycle with the vendors, including complaints, vendors submission to orders, the quality of products ordered, products availability and provide recommendations to vendors to increase sales.
  • Set and follow a clear sales strategy to locate and propose business deals.
  • Represent the company at public and private sector meetings to explain mira’s and Elagk’s functions, procedures and operation cycle.
  • Acts as liaison between the vendors and other departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a sales representative is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in business relationship development preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  • Owning a car is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
