Job Description
- Understanding customers’ needs.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
Job Requirements
“High Caliber needed”
- Graduates (AUC,AAST,MSA,MUST,GUC, MIU) only.
- Very good /excellent command of English is a Must.
- Sales background, Knowledge about the real estate market is a plus.
- Presentable and decent characters with very good communication skills.
- Prefer residence nearby New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis & others around residency.
- Must own a Car.
