Job Description
- Identify, recruit and source all candidates serving the technical team
- Conducting Phone Interviews, CV’s screening, filtering, and initial Technical \ HR interview
- Responsible for coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with the technical lead.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified Tech team to support the organization’s goals.
- Participate in meetings with Tech leads hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires
- Network in order to build a database of suitable candidates.
- Conduct the hiring process of the Tech team.
- Coordinate with personnel function in recruitment process assuring proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Help in maintaining and conceptualization of policies and procedures that complies with the company’s working environment and labor law.
- Reviewing, updating, and maintaining the new employees’ records and database.
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding the candidates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Tech related field.
- Professional command of the English language
- Exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent business writing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- 3+ years of solid experience in hiring Tech related positions
- Tech background is a plus
