Job Description

  • Maintain a strategic working relationship with all team members and all key departments.
  • Choose the product mix to be displayed in the auctions daily.
  • Listing & promote the listings through direct promotions to interested clients.
  • Manage the auction continuously to assure that it runs smoothly.
  • Close the auctions on the time stipulated and register the sales on system.
  • Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services and understand their preferences and offer them products they might like to buy them directly without auctions.
  • Manage personal daily tasks effectively and give the required feedback and updates on time.
  • Be a lead ambassador of Le Garage at all times and Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Quickly respond to customer’s inquiries about available products and services.
  • Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them either through comments, messages, calls and/or any other communication channel.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members in different departments within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Certification in customer experience, marketing, social media marketing or customer service (Is preferred). 
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping a focus on the customer.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays).
