Express Bills Settlement Specialist
- Reconcile all franchisee branches prepayments details
- Audit all quotations for accuracy
- Inform branches to recharge if it’s running out of balance
- Analyze abnormal bills and fix it in time
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Excellent at English
