Job Description
- Active direct sales of FAWRY MF loans to eligible business clients.
- Evaluating clients for creditworthiness, rejecting high risk or not credit worthy clients.
- Develop large credit portfolio consisting of healthy, reputable small businesses.
- Ensuring timely repayment of loans, ensuring intensive workout of problem loans.
- Training and coaching new loan officers starting on the job.
- Active team work, improving FAWRY MF products and processes, helping company grow and achieve Top 1 status among Egypt MFO.
- Daily active promotion of FAWRY MF products and services to business clients in designated areas.
- Constant customer evaluation into probable and reject cases.
- Active sale of FAWRY MF products.
- Credit risk assessment of applications, collecting necessary compliance information, participation in credit committees.
- Daily contact with Supervisors, Underwriters, Cred Admins, Recovery regarding sales, disbursement and risk activities.
- Constant self-development, learning about the market, clients, competition.
Active participation in seminars and trainings, contribution to company improving its product and processes.
Job Requirements
- Desire to develop career in business finance at FAWRY MF.
- Active personality. Commitment to daily active credit work with business customers in the field.
- Good communication skills, capacity to understand and explain finance concepts, products and conditions to clients.
- High degree of self-discipline and motivation, capacity to work under close supervision, communicate daily.
- Full responsibility for own and transferred clients and portfolios.
- High degree of personal integrity, commitment to building good reputation.
- University degree in economic professions is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Prior active microfinance work is an advantage.
