Job Description
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Manage control procedures, standard costing, control and analysis of inventory movement, financial statement analysis, and corporate communication
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Prepare inventory and cost of sales budgets and forecast at entity level based on overall group finance budgets and forecasts
- Review the cost of sales monthly journals, recharges and reports
- Analyzing the variable costs and the overhead costs of Breadfast to ensure smooth accountancy
- Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports
- Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory (Ex: Ending inventory, requested inventory)
- Handle periodic and sudden physical count.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English language
- Excellent MS excel skills
- Preferably an Odoo User
- Have good understanding of inventory control and management systems
- Very good analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
