Job Description

What Will you Do?

  • Build a partnership strategy for the country.
  • Develop the partnerships Department in the country and make sure that it is appropriate for Mrsool culture.
  • Achieve growth and hit partnerships targets by successfully managing the Partnership team.
  • Design, Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s partnerships base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Set Objectives and KPIs, coach and performance monitor of partnerships team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships by understanding their needs, and up-selling with timely relevant proposals.
  • Manage Partners Accounts and maintaining assessing their contribution.
  • Manage sales and relationships with particular customers.
  • Maintain the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients,
  • Build long term relationships with the portfolio of MRSOOL clients.
  • Understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands.
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, motivate and establish discipline.
  • Analyze process workflow and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop a continuous quality control processes.
  • Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are always met.
  • Present partnerships, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging categories, markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Experiment & launch new categories as the product evolves.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
Required Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • High strategic planning skills.
Required competences:
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Very Good English.
Minimum Experience:
  • Previous experience in managing partnerships.
  • Senior level experience and understanding of delivery & logistics business.
