Job Description

  • Responsible for all personnel responsibilities, i.e. employees files, leaves on HR system, annual leave encashment, monitoring employees’ attendance as per the attendance policy, employees and trainees’ contracts, hiring forms and contract renewals, probation period assessment, HR letters, clearance forms and experience certificates, employees’ transfer forms, social insurance forms 1, 2 &6, and adding new employees on HR system.
  • Assist in all compensation responsibilities, i.e. salary surveys, salary reviews & promotions, profit share calculation, and performance bonus preparation.
  • Responsible for all company benefits responsibilities, i.e. Medical & Life insurance, Pension plan, quarterly Incentives, mobile bills, company doctor. Introducing new benefits while upgrading current ones.
  • Responsible for all recruitment responsibilities, i.e. advertising company vacancies, screening C.Vs, scheduling interviews, interviewing applicants, assessing candidates and shortlisting, preparing offers, preparing job descriptions, scheduling pre-employment medical checkups, notifying the concerned departments, welcome email, and exit interview.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly payroll on the HR system and preparing the monthly overtime sheets and employee loans.
  • Also, adding all payroll related documents to the payroll file.
  • Assist in all training & development responsibilities, i.e. training needs assessment, preparing training plans, preparing training requisition forms, contacting training providers and executing training programs, evaluating training providers and trainees’ performance.
  • Using the HR system for day to day work and extract reports when needed.
  • Training all staff on how to use the HR system.
  • Reviewing and updating company HR policies & procedures.
  • Handling all internal and external audit requirements.
  • Review all staff performance appraisals and record results on HR system.
  • Maintaining the department filing system and adequate archiving.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate from a leading university.
  • 3-5 years experience within a similar position.
  • Excellent command of English Language & computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
