Job Description
- Handle and follow up on incoming leads from social media ads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Contact potential customers, understand their needs, and present ProCar’s services professionally.
- Explain product features, service packages, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion from digital campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, luxury services, or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle client objections.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and dealing with online leads.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for cars or premium services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and basic English (preferred).
- Based in Cairo (preferably near New Cairo).
