Job Description
- Building annual training program and continuous learning programs..
- Take feedback from managers to determine the needed training for their teams.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Contact trainees and schedule with them.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior.
- Design the full training cycle for sales representatives & CS.
- Responsible for induction & orientation for new hires.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Proven work experience as a customer service trainer.
- Experience in learning and development"L&D" is a plus.
- Self-motivated and have excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent in MS Office and in database software.
