Job Description
- Daily Reporting to the sales and marketing manager through the mail.
- Duties include assisting with marketing and promotion campaigns using the full marketing tools.
- It also involves responding to customer queries, providing sales support to our Sales team, preparing reports.
- Updating our website and Customer database and some general administration.
- Marketing and sales coordinator is finding ways to generate consumer interests in order to increase the employer’s profits.
- The position involves attention to both sales and marketing efforts.
- Marketing and Sales coordinators typically work full time in an office environment.
- Traveling outside Cairo to prepare and attend the professional business conferences and exhibitions.
- Performing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Keeps all promotional materials ready once requested from the sales team.
- Checking the inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Supports sales staff by providing all sales data, phone calls to assign direct sales appointments for all sales teams.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
- Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Leading our team in events marketing & organization activities.
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
- Responsible for in and outdoor activities.
- Managing website and social media.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
