Job Description
- The job incumbent is responsible for implementing the Company's recruitment strategy by sourcing, selecting, and hiring competent candidates who meet job requirements. S/he is also responsible for performing the job and task analysis to document job requirements/objectives and develop/update job descriptions and job specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (white & blue collars), of which; at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry; preferably Oil & Gas or/and Petrochemicals.
- Extensive knowledge of using relevant social media platforms to source candidates.
- Previous experience administering screening exams, skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent English language literacy
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office)
