Job Description
- Prepare the HR monthly report on monthly basis to include the “recruiting, the staff actions (new joiners, promotions, demotions, transfers, resignations etc.), the training monthly program and turn over … etc.
- Support in developing job descriptions and HR forms.
- Support in writing the Company Policies & Procedures.
- Prepare the monthly & annual reports to be represented to Top Management on time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human resources is preferable.
- Very good English, written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Time management oriented.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.).
- HRMIS good knowledge.
