Job Description

  • Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
  • You must also be able to work closely with the Sales Team to assess the progress of the department since the client decides to go for a business with us until he already took the contract.
  • Follow up the Sales Dept. policies and procedures as it is.
  • Generate reports on progress within the department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Experience in real estate sales.
  • Communication Skills: very good at interacting with prospective buyers, and Sales department staff to coordinate the sale.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic & English clearly verbally and in writing.
