Work Type: Independent Consultant (part-time)
Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Cairo
Purpose of Assignment:
AMIDEAST/ Egypt is implementing a training program in Assiut city targeting 14-17 year- old students.
The program aims at providing participants with the required training in order to enhance their personal skills and build their characters.
AMIDEAST Egypt is interested in hiring experienced soft skills trainers.
Deliverables:
- Deliver online soft skills and character-building training workshops in Assiut city.
- Provide age and relevant training materials. Materials should be age appropriate (14– 17)
- Deliver training in English or Arabic;
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
- Use relevant technology to support instruction;
- Provide group and individual feedback to students;
- Design pre and post training assessment;
- Provide written feedback on trainees’ progress;

Job Requirements
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
Education:
- Relevant university level education
- TOT training is a must
Experience:
- 5- 7 years of experience in training young learners and youth on soft skills
- Previous corporate experience is preferred
- Previous materials development is preferred
- Previous experience with scholarship recipients is preferred
Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent classroom management
- Familiarity with google classroom
- English language proficiency level at B2 level
Note: Selected applicants will be invited for an interview. A 60-min demo will be required.
