Job Description
- Execute recruiting plan and follow up on the interview process status.
- Screen applicants' CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Job posting.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and work closely with them to identify, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications or regular email bulletin.
- Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year's training courses and Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Seek and gather information from management, employees, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least four years as an HR Generalist and managing all phases of the recruitment, training, and internal communication.
- HR Certificate is preferred.
- IT background is a plus.
