Job Description
- Mainly you will be responsible to support our customer for adding data and main information needed to complete customer’s account in our system that may include basic excel actions.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements
- Must be good in using just basic and simple actions in Excel
- Must be good looking and able to represent our company in Excellent way
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven customer service / support experience.
- Must be able to travel (if needed) to other big cities in Egypt
