Job Description

  • Mainly you will be responsible to support our customer for adding data and main information needed to complete customer’s account in our system that may include basic excel actions. 
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  • Must be good in using just basic and simple actions in Excel 
  • Must be good looking and able to represent our company in Excellent way
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven customer service / support experience.
  • Must be able to travel (if needed) to other big cities in Egypt
