Job Description

  • Periodic communication with departments and agencies to conduct business and face the challenges that hinder the work of the branch.
  • Supervising the cleanliness, organization and coordination of the branch of merchandise and the like, and following up the maintenance work that takes place in the branch to ensure the application of quality and the formation of a good mental image with customers.
  • Follow up the movement of stock and inventory stagnant and returns to prepare reports and take the necessary action.
  • Member of the receiving committee for the incoming and outgoing items of the branch.
  • Supervising and reviewing the financial movement, delivery and receipt of goods and cash within the branch to ensure the preservation of the company's assets and resources.
  • Follow up and solve the problems and obstacles facing the branch employees or clients and escalate them when needed to ensure the smooth running of the branch’s work.
  • Acting on behalf of the branch manager in case of (vacations / vacations).

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years’ experience in the same position and Retail field “Non-food “.
  • Results-oriented and high knowledge in the store of sales KPI’s.
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Has the power of encouragement and motivation.
  • Can work in a team.
  • Strong character, quick wit and good behavior.
