Job Description
- Review the baseline design document developed by the Software Designer to ensure that the design complies with the client requirements.
- Execute software test cases, identify product defects, and log the defects on the bug control tool.
- Submit the testing results to the Testing Team Leader or direct supervisor to review and communicate amendments to the Software team to resolve product defects.
- Ensure that amendments of the product defects are complete and inform the Testing Team Leader or direct supervisor with the final results to ensure fulfillment of the passing criteria.
- Implement test scenarios and cases (with focus on integration and batch processing scenarios).
- Lead all technical testing efforts including integration testing and performance testing
- Provide production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects
- Execute integration test cases to guarantee smooth integration.
- Conduct ongoing research of testing techniques.
- Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor.

- V.good knowledge in Performance, security, and Automation
- APIs and Mobile App
- QA Experience – a background in quality assurance is a necessity in this role since QA team leads need to thoroughly understand processes in order to develop improved and effective procedures
- Team Coordination – QA team leads to coordinate the activities of their entire department, so effective leadership, scheduling, and management skills are also vital in this role
- Process Enhancement – effective QA team leads should always seek out ways to improve processes, so familiarity with the process and efficiency enhancement is helpful in this role
- Organization Skills – this role requires a high degree of organization to successfully schedule and direct QA procedures and coordinate development and testing processes
- Communication Skills – effective verbal and written communication is also important in this role as a QA team leads provide reports to developers and engineers to improve software and systems
