Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure and to have a strong background in White & Blue Collars hiring.
  • Coordinating/create manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screening candidates resumes.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Build a pool of candidate.
  • Work to head hunt the candidates from the same field
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Following up with shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
  • Attend Job Fairs and receive CVs from interested candidates for keeping it in the

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related fields
  • Experience 3 to 6 years in recruitment at least 2 years in hiring blue collar  
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very Good in English 
  • Presentable
