Job Description
- Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure and to have a strong background in White & Blue Collars hiring.
- Coordinating/create manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screening candidates resumes.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Build a pool of candidate.
- Work to head hunt the candidates from the same field
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Following up with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Attend Job Fairs and receive CVs from interested candidates for keeping it in the
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related fields
- Experience 3 to 6 years in recruitment at least 2 years in hiring blue collar
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very Good in English
- Presentable
