Job Description
- Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and supervising varied and comprehensive Co-curricular activities and trips.
- Submit recommendations for further program expansion.
- Communicate with the Teachers to arrange staffing for all activities.
- Communicate with External Providers and monitor the quality and progress of the activities run by external providers.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of all relevant publications regarding activities (brochures, website, parent portal etc. )
- Provide a point of contact for parents regarding all aspects of the activities including the payment of any due or overdue fees.
- Liaise with other school departments, such as transport, cafeteria, and finance to allow for information to be easily shared to all relevant members of staff / and to obtain approvals inadequate time.
- Manage the CCAs / trips or other activities sign-up process and students allocation to the different activities.
- Record and communicate with staff, students and parents of final activities allocations and monitor any change request.
- Monitor the running of all activities and provide designated staff with reports of misbehavior or other issues to be dealt with
- Conducts budget management, development, reporting, and monthly monitoring
- Orient and train external providers staff members on the nature of the program and operating procedures within the school
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- An accounting background is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post.
- Excellent English Language Command.
